Recipe: Chocolate & Peanut CBD Brownies

For the brownies
- NATRINA CBD Oil of your choice
- 225g crunchy peanut butter
- 200g bar dark chocolate
- 280g soft light brown sugar
- 3 medium eggs
- 100g self-raising flour
Preheat the oven to 180C (160C for fan ovens or gas mark 4) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Put aside 50g of peanut butter and 50g of chocolate for your drizzle. Add the remaining peanut butter to a mixing bowl and add the desired quantity of Natrina CBD Oil. We recommend 16 drops in this recipe so that each square contains 1 drop of CBD. Mix well to ensure it’s evenly distributed through the peanut butter.
On a low heat, melt the peanut butter/CBD mixture, chocolate and all the sugar in a pan, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has just melted. Take the pan off the heat and use a wooden spoon to beat in the eggs one by one. Stir in the flour and transfer into the tin.
Melt reserved peanut butter in the microwave for 45 secs, or in a pan, until runny, then drizzle over the brownie. Bake for 30-35 mins until it has a crust, but still seems slightly uncooked in the middle.
Melt reserved chocolate, drizzle over the brownie, then cool in the tin before cutting into 16 evenly sized squares.
